AUTHENTIC PASTA CARBONARA RECIPE
Dinner is one of the very functional foods on the planet. One of my all-time beloved rice dishes is Traditional Dinner Carbonara. It’s a delightful mix of pasta crackers, cash, eggs, and Parmesan cheese.
Now, a normal Carbonara may not include onions and garlic, but I discover that it gives yet another coating of amazing quality so I include them within my recipe.
HOW TO MAKE CLASSIC PASTA CARBONARA
- Cook the pasta in a container of boiling, salted water. A technique to keep the water from boiling over is to include just a little bit of gas to the water. I also often turn heat down from high to moderate high.
- While your pasta is boiling, prepare up some bacon. The amount is completely around you. A half lb would be plenty, but you should use more or less. I use turkey cash and prepare it in the microwave. If you should be applying true cash, I would suggest preparing it in a frying container on the oven and preserving some of the grease. Transfer the cash to a document towel lined menu to dry.
- Use some of the cash grease to prepare your onions and a little garlic. I included 6 cloves of garlic – yes, we are going major on the garlic here, since it generates everything style amazing! Pour in chicken stock and add the cash back to the pan.
HOW TO MAKE CARBONARA SAUCE
- For the sauce, combine up some eggs, Parmesan cheese, and some sliced, fresh parsley. Straight away put the egg/Parmesan mix on the warm rice and stir it down – heat from the rice can prepare the eggs, building the tasty rice carbonara sauce.
- Include that amazing bacon/onion/garlic mix, black pepper and some fresh sliced parsley and appreciate!
RECIPE TIPS AND TRICKS
- Does Standard Carbonara Have Treatment? Absolutely not! Traditional Dinner Carbonara Sauce is made with eggs, cheese, cash and black pepper and thrown with pasta. The sauce gets their creaminess from the eggs, so no treatment is needed.
- How to Reheat Excess Dinner Carbonara Like most rice in sauce recipes, Dinner Carbonara is better reheated on the oven, perhaps not in the microwave. Add to a pan over medium-low heat and throw or stir until heated through. If the rice seems dry, you can include a teaspoon of essential olive oil at the same time until it seems creamy again.
- Think about the natural eggs? The eggs are now actually grilled with the residual heat in that dish, but you wish to perform easily otherwise you could get scrambled egg rice instead of a silky rice carbonara.

- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 pound bacon use more or less to your taste
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 4–6 cloves of garlic pressed or minced
- 1/2 of a white or yellow onion diced
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- parsley for garnish optional
- black pepper to taste
Boil your spaghetti noodles until al-dente.
Cook your bacon in a frying pan or in the microwave. If using a frying pan, once the bacon is done, remove it from the pan, and discard all but 1 Tbsp. of the grease. Cut or crumble the bacon so it is bite-sized.
Cook the diced onions over medium heat in the bacon grease until they are softened. A minute or so before the onions are done, add your garlic. If you cooked your bacon in the microwave, then cook the onions and garlic in about 1 Tbsp. olive oil.
When the onions are done, add 1/2 cup chicken stock and put the bacon back in with the onions. Stir and set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix the eggs and Parmesan cheese.
Drain the spaghetti and transfer to a large bowl. Immediately pour the egg and cheese mixture on top and stir.
Pour the bacon/onion mixture over the top of the spaghetti and stir again.
Chop the parsley and sprinkle on top for garnish if desired. Add black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
